AIBE Super does NOT collect, store, or retain:

• Your questions or queries submitted to the chatbot
• AI-generated responses or answers
• Conversation history or chat logs
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Browsing history, cookies, or tracking data
• Device information or location data

2What We Temporarily Use

Rate Limiting Only: Your IP address is temporarily hashed (anonymized) to prevent system abuse and ensure fair usage. This data:

• Is stored for a maximum of 24-48 hours
• Cannot be traced back to identify you personally
• Is automatically deleted by the server
• Is used solely to enforce request limits (30 requests per minute)

3Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API: When you ask a question, it is sent to Google's Gemini AI for processing. Google may log these requests according to their privacy practices.

What this means:

• Your questions pass through Google's servers
• Google may retain logs according to their policies
• We have no control over Google's data practices
• No personally identifiable information is sent with queries

4Server Logs

Like all websites, standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, pages accessed) are maintained by our hosting provider as part of normal web operations. We do not actively use these logs for tracking or analytics.

5Your Data Rights

Since we don't store your conversational data, there's nothing for us to:

• Delete or erase
• Modify or correct
• Export or provide
• Share with third parties

Each session is completely ephemeral—when you close your browser, everything is gone.

6Children's Privacy

AIBE Super is intended for law graduates preparing for the bar examination (typically 21+ years old). We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

7Data Security

While we don't store your conversations, we implement security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all communications
• Protected API keys (not exposed to users)
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Regular security updates
